The Klima-Kollekte team has several years of experience as an organization specializing in compensation of Greenhouse gas emissions in addition to its work in international cooperation for sustainable development, scientific calculations of emissions and public relations including marketing and political consultancy. The team has knowledge and solid experience in project planning and implementation, moderation techniques, qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
Sina Brod (CEO)
For the period between 2007 and 2010 Mrs. Brod was active in educative and public relations projects in institutions such as the Goethe-Institute. As from 2011, she was a consultant for Non-profit organizations especially in the field of fundraising and communication for the Protestant Development Service e.V. in Bonn; received moderation skills, coaching and change management (denkmodell Berlin); is a certified quality commissioner (TÜV Rheinland) and has worked for several years in Non-profit-organizations in Southern Asia and South East Asia. Mrs. Brod is additionally a project manager and co-author of the Publication “Atlas of Cambodia”. Rike Schweizer (Research Officer)
Since 2010 as scientific assistant at the Forschungsstätte der Evangelischen Studiengemeinschaft (FEST), especially in charge of the preparation of climate protection concepts for regional churches, environmental and sustainability reports and One-World-Balances. Since 2011 at the Klima-Kollekte with focus on CO2-balancing, advice on avoiding and reducing CO2, workshops and lectures; several years of experience in development education.
