The Klima-Kollekte team has several years of experience as an organization specializing in compensation of Greenhouse gas emissions in addition to its work in international cooperation for sustainable development, scientific calculations of emissions and public relations including marketing and political consultancy. The team has knowledge and solid experience in project planning and implementation, moderation techniques, qualitative and quantitative data analysis.

Dr. Olivia Henke (CEO)

Since 2000 Dr. Henke has been working in the field of development and environment as a consultant on themes including: sustainable development at agenda-transfer Agency for Sustainability GmbH, Environmental Management Officer at the Protestant Development Service e.V. (EED e.V.)in Bonn, as a certified process facilitator and consultant for sustainable development (University of Kassel); Further education as process facilitator Quality Management (proEval GmbH); Environmental management officer as per ISO 14001 and EMAS (TÜV SÜD Academy), assignments in development cooperation in South Africa and Brazil, PhD on "Sustainability aspects of climate protection projects in developing countries" in the Department of International Environmental Policy at The Freie Universität of Berlin.

Sina Brod (Manager Marketing and Public Relations)

For the period between 2007 and 2010 Mrs. Brod was active in educative and public relations projects in institutions such as the Goethe-Institute. As from 2011, she was a consultant for Non-profit organizations especially in the field of fundraising and communication for the Protestant Development Service e.V. in Bonn; received moderation skills, coaching and change management (denkmodell Berlin); is a certified quality commissioner (TÜV Rheinland) and has worked for several years in Non-profit-organizations in Southern Asia and South East Asia. Mrs. Brod is additionally a project manager and co-author of the Publication “Atlas of Cambodia”. Presently she is undertaking a part time Master’s degree in Sustainability and Quality Management at the HWR Berlin.
